Price Fix: The NoHo Hybrid

Conor MacDonald finished a nine month gut renovation this past November on an apartment that was originally two studios combined. Now it's a 1,200 square foot unit with a huge master bedroom and bathroom, along with a small second bedroom with loads of built-ins, allowing everything to stash away nice and neatly. Real estate expert Barbara Corcoran takes a look.
