Artist Dave Lefner and Shyla Marlin share their tips on how they designed outside the box to create an eclectic space that they call home. From his unique urban loft at the Brewery, Dave shows how his love for lettering, vintage signage, and the city are reflected in his reduction linocut prints and his home. Throughout the loft, Dave and Shyla used unconventional items like antique steamer trunks, floating windows, museum banners, homemade magnets, and even a reclaimed bed spring to approach home design in a way that's urban, fun, and truly original.
