It's every family's worst nightmare -- to leave home for the day only to find hours later that there's no home to return to anymore. That's exactly what happened to the O'Haras when Laurie got the call that a house fire had claimed her and her children's bedrooms, belongings, and even their dog. But thanks to a hopeful e-mail, they're getting help rebuilding their life courtesy of George Oliphant, Christopher Hyland, and the entire OpenHouse team. In this clip, after three months of blood, sweat, and window shades, the OH team shows an overwhelmed O'Hara family their new home.
Up Next: in the first web exclusive, Christopher talks in-depth about what went into designing the elaborate and beautiful bedrooms. Watch here.

Hi: I am a hard working single parent in Chicago.
A month ago,I got a frantic phone call from my daughter around 4:45 AM, on the day before Thanksgiving. She cried out that the house, where she and two other college roommates lived, was burning down. I was terrified as she explained that she was standing out in the cold with nothing on but her night gown.
Up until that day, everything was looking up for these Tennessee State University students. My daughter had just become a sargent in the military and was looking forward to graduating with a bachelors degree in exercise science in May of 2010. One of her roomates also recently joined the Army reserves. All three students were excited about this newly rented house and the livingroom furniture they had just pooled together and purchased. They lost everything they had in the fire!
Recently, I watched this show and became inspired to tell their tragic story.
