The Bazaar by Jose Andres

Spanish chef José Andrés' restaurant in the SLS Hotel serves up décor and Iberian cuisine with a modernist twist. French design star Philippe Starck fashioned the intriguing interiors to complement the often avant garde menu. Starck split up the space into four strikingly different sections, which includes the graphic red-and-black Rojo and Blanca, a dining area done up in a soothing creamy palette.
